- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs
- Present and demonstrate Fulcrum's digital products and technology solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Achieve month and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
- Work closely with technical and client support teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Good organizational and time-management skills.
