Fiji Jobs is an online employment platform operated by Fulcrum Pte Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Fiji ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). Fiji Jobs serves as a marketplace connecting employers seeking candidates with individuals seeking employment opportunities.
Fulcrum Pte Limited is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing firm. We do not employ job seekers, and we do not guarantee employment outcomes for any party. All employment decisions are made solely by the respective employer.
3.1 All accounts require registration with accurate, current, and complete information. You must not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
3.2 All accounts are subject to review and approval by Fulcrum Pte Limited before activation. We reserve the sole and absolute right to approve, decline, or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, without obligation to provide reasons or notice.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
3.4 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3.5 One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account of the same type without our prior written consent.
4.1 Employers represent and warrant that all Job Listings posted are for genuine, lawful vacancies within their organisation or for clients they are authorised to recruit on behalf of.
4.2 Job Listings must not contain: false, misleading, or deceptive information; discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable Fiji law; requests for payment from applicants; links to third-party sites for the primary purpose of redirecting traffic; or content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
4.3 Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their Job Listings. Fulcrum Pte Limited accepts no liability for any claims arising from inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Job Listings.
4.4 We reserve the right to remove any Job Listing at any time, without notice or refund, that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.
4.5 Employers must comply with all applicable Fijian employment laws, including the Employment Relations Act 2007, when using the Platform for recruitment purposes.
5.1 Job Seekers represent and warrant that all information provided in their profile and applications is truthful, accurate, and their own original work. Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity is grounds for immediate account suspension and may constitute fraud.
5.2 Job Seekers must not submit applications to roles they have no genuine intention of pursuing.
5.3 Job Seekers acknowledge that creating a profile on the Platform does not guarantee receipt of applications, interviews, or job offers.
5.4 Job Seekers consent to their profile information being made searchable and visible to approved Employer accounts on the Platform.
6.1 Free Accounts receive 2 complimentary Job Listing posts for use within 30 days of account registration. These free posts are a lifetime allowance and do not reset. Free posts not used within 30 days of registration expire and cannot be reinstated.
6.2 Credits may be purchased by Free Account Employers to post additional Job Listings beyond their complimentary allocation. Each Credit entitles the Employer to post one Job Listing and is priced at FJD $25.00 per post. Purchased Credits do not expire within 12 months of the purchase date, after which unused Credits will be forfeited without refund.
6.3 Premium Subscriptions provide unlimited Job Listing posts, featured placement allowances, and access to candidate analytics. Subscriptions are billed at the rates displayed on the Platform at time of purchase (currently FJD $99.00/month or FJD $960.00/year). Subscriptions are for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. It is your responsibility to renew prior to expiry. New Premium subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access; no payment is required to begin the trial.
6.4 All payments are non-refundable once processed and approved, except as required by applicable Fiji consumer protection legislation. Payment approval is conditional on verification of payment by our team.
6.5 Payments are accepted via MPaisa, Bank Transfer, and PayPal. All prices are displayed in Fijian Dollars (FJD) unless otherwise stated. PayPal payments may be subject to foreign exchange rates and PayPal fees that are the responsibility of the payer.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active, paid subscription periods.
6.7 Payment Verification: Payments submitted via MPaisa or Bank Transfer are subject to manual verification. Activation of services is conditional on successful verification. The Company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect payment references, bank processing times, or incomplete payment information provided by the user.
7.1 By posting a Job Listing on the Platform, Employers grant Fulcrum Pte Limited a royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish the Job Listing content on our Facebook Page, Viber Channel, and other social media channels operated by us for the purposes of promoting the vacancy.
7.2 Social media posts are irrevocable once published. We cannot guarantee the removal of job vacancy posts from third-party social media platforms (Facebook, Viber) after they have been published, as those platforms operate independently.
7.3 By registering as a Job Seeker and selecting preferred categories and locations, you consent to receiving job alert notifications via the Platform and, where applicable, by email for matching vacancies. You may update your preferences at any time from your account dashboard.
8.1 The Platform, including its design, logo, software, and proprietary content, is the intellectual property of Fulcrum Pte Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Users retain ownership of Content they submit. By submitting Content, you grant Fulcrum Pte Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, and distribute such Content on the Platform and associated social media channels for the purpose of providing our services.
8.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our express written consent.

10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.2 Fulcrum Pte Limited does not warrant that: the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; job listings are accurate, complete, or current; the Platform is free of viruses or harmful components; or that any results or outcomes will be achieved through use of the Platform.
10.3 We make no representations regarding the quality, suitability, or legitimacy of any employer or job seeker on the Platform. All interactions between users are at their own risk.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fulcrum Pte Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
11.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or FJD $100.00, whichever is greater.
11.3 The limitations in this clause apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fulcrum Pte Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) any Content you submit; or (e) any dispute between you and another user.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Facebook (Meta Platforms), Viber Communications, and PayPal. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Fulcrum Pte Limited is not responsible for the actions, content, or data practices of these third parties.
15.1 You may close your account at any time by contacting us at . Closure of an account does not entitle you to any refund of paid subscriptions or credits.
15.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
15.3 Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. We may retain your data as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Fulcrum Pte Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fulcrum Pte Limited with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
