What you will be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct telephone sales, cold calling, and customer follow-ups.
- Promote security technology solutions to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Customer accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and site information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams.
- Assist with tenders, pricing schedules, and supplier communications.
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, including cold calling and telephone sales. At least 3 years' experience in account management and business development with a proven record of achieving sales targets. Strong Microsoft Office, communication, negotiation, multitasking, and customer service skills, with a valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in Fiji.
