What you will be Doing
- Support the sales and service teams in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Learn our products, solutions, and business processes through hands-on training.
- Develop the skills required into an external Sales Representative role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate customer follow-ups and requests with field and service teams.
- Maintain accurate customer, project, and site information within the CRM system.
- Assist with tenders, pricing schedules, and supplier communications.
- Coordinate activities between sales, service, and technical teams.
- Schedule customer meetings and appointments to support sales activities.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills. Good computer literacy and attention to detail. Willingness to learn technical products and solutions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
