Requirements
The successful candidate will have more than five (5) years of relevant Human Resources Management experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior HR leadership role, with demonstrated success in delivering strategic and operational HR outcomes, leading change, succession and leadership development plans, driving an efficient performance management system, and applying strong commercial acumen. The candidate should also be skilled in workforce cost planning, reviewing, forecasting and reforecasting, with the influence and negotiation skills to manage difficult situations and guide constructive dialogue to drive results. Possessing a relevant graduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Management is a must.
You must bring a proven reputation of integrity, hold the respect of your team, possess a growth mindset, efficiently navigate challenging and changing environments, excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of labour laws, regulations, settling union matters with the sustainable solutions and HR best practices. Our client has various sites across Fiji, the ability to travel and work across various branches in Fiji is a must.
