Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer

The MEL Officer supports the SHAPE-CAR and REEMA Projects by strengthening monitoring, evaluation, accountability, reporting and learning systems. The role ensures high quality data collection, analysis and reporting, supports donor reporting requirements, and promotes the use of evidence for decision-making and adaptive project management.
