Fijian Holdings Limited (FHL) is seeking a motivated and commercially astute Payroll & HR Administration Officer to join the Group Human Resources team. This role is suited to an organised and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and providing timely HR administrative support across the Group. Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, the position plays an important role in supporting staff compensation planning, HR processes, reporting frameworks and people engagement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labour laws, tax regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline; experience in payroll administration and HR support; strong organisational, communication and analytical skills; high level of integrity and discretion
