The Fiji YWCA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to support the organisation’s financial management systems, that includes the following (With support from the General Secretary): Donor compliance, reporting, audits, payroll, and budget monitoring. The role includes managing financial records, preparing donor reports, coordinating audits, monitoring project expenditure, maintaining MYOB records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE and FNPF submissions.

Applicants should have qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, experience in financial administration, and strong organisational skills. Experience working with NGOs and donor-funded projects is an advantage.
