Engineering Supervisor

A trade diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification. Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in engineering preferably in a FMCG company. A valid Electrical Wireman's licence will be an advantage. Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA control systems is of advantage. A valid group 2 driving license with no demerit points. Proven experience in coaching and developing teams. Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
