General Manager Operations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Law, or related field. MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. At least 10 years progressive management experience in operations, logistics, postal services, courier services, retail networks, or a related environment. Demonstrated experience in budget control, service delivery, process improvement, and staff leadership. Knowledge of postal regulations, EMS operations, supply chain management, and customer service management. Experience working with government stakeholders, regulators, customs, and external service partners is highly desirable. Valid driver's licence. Ability to work flexible hours as operational issues and stakeholder meetings require.
