• Trade Certificate in automotive engineering would be an added advantage
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications & Reynolds and Reynolds ERA
• Good Customer Service and communication skills
• Must hold a valid driver's licence for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Minimum of 5 years practical Customer service experience
• Possess effective organizational and telephone skills
