Duty Manager

Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory hotel role. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMS and Microsoft Office skills preferred. Understanding of hotel safety and service standards.
