Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sheetmetal Technology, or any related field. 2-4 years of experience in a similar or sheetmetal role, preferably in the manufacturing or metal fabrication industry. Knowledge of sheetmetal and stainless steel materials, fabrication methods, tools, and industry standards. Basic understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of sheetmetal and stainless steel fabrication. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
