Business Analyst

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (Postgraduate qualification desirable). At least 5 years' experience in a similar analytical or business advisory role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capability. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, business case development, and market research. Proven ability to engage and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong knowledge of MS Office and relevant analytical tools. Understanding of the local business environment, including cultural awareness of iTaukei and Rotuman communities, will be an advantage.
