Project Draftsman/Administrator

Minimum 5-7 years' drafting experience in construction (civil/structural emphasis preferred). Proven experience preparing Bill of Quantities and detailed material take-offs. Competence in developing project work programs/time schedules. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D or similar software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and terminology. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Relevant technical/diploma qualification in drafting, engineering technology or similar preferred.
