Requirements
Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies. Conducting routine inspections to verify compliance with standard operating procedures. Checking records, sales transactions, stock handling for accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including equipment maintenance and staff adherence to safety guidelines. Conducting compliance training and reinforcing best practices among employees. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of potential non-compliance. Addressing compliance-related concerns and ensuring prompt resolution. Legal and Moral Integrity to maintain confidentiality, with strong oral and written communication. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage complex compliance challenges. Must be a team player with good command of English and ability to travel and conduct branch audits. Knowledge of retail, warehouse, or manufacturing operations would be an added advantage. Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related fields. Prior experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, Accounts, Finance, Operations, or Risk Management will be an advantage.
