Job Description

- Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and laborer's
- Monitor project timeliness and ensure daily progress targets are met
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
- Identify and resolve issues that may cause delays or compromise safety and quality
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and labor on site
- Enforce high standards or workmanship and site cleanliness

Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Building Construction or similar discipline. 5 years of experience from a recognized construction company in similar role. Honest, loyal, and committed worker. Ability to read building plans. Able to guide and supervise construction workers. An ethical person with eagerness to achieve timely project deadlines. Experience and skills in achieving project standard quality.
