Job Description
- Design, Implement, and maintain electrical systems including power generation
- Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, and testing of Cummins and other brand generators
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control issues in generator systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and electrical codes and standards
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for equipment servicing and upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and technical reports
- Participate in preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Provide technical support during outages, maintenance shutdowns, or emergencies
- Train technicians or junior staff on generator operations and safety procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering with emphasis on generator systems. Proven hands-on experience with Cummins diesel/gas generator, control systems (DSE/ComAp/Power Command), and diagnostic tools. Strong understanding of power generation, load calculations, electrical safety, and generator.
