Baker

Knowledge and experience in dough preparation, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing bakery products. Good understanding of bakery machinery and equipment including dough mixers, ovens, proofers, sheeters, etc. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays when required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
