Restaurant Manager

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and trends
- Ability to work in a remote island environment with a flexible schedule
- Relevant hospitality qualification is preferred
- Clean Police Clearance
- Have a valid driver's license is an advantage
- Fire Warden, First Aid/CPR & OHS Certification is desirable
