IT Support Officer

Diploma in Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in IT support or similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Must have a valid Group 2 drivers license.
