Management Trainee Candidates 2026

General Requirements: Eligibility: Open to Fiji citizens only. High level of attention to detail and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work well in a diverse, multi-cultural team environment. Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Position 1 - Finance & Accounting (1 Position): Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized tertiary institution. Key Learning Areas: Assist in account receivable process, monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and supporting the budget/Long-Term Plan processes. You will also gain exposure to inventory reviews and regulatory compliance reporting.

Position 2 - Graduate Engineers (2 Positions): Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering. Key Learning Areas: Support our technical teams in project management, site inspections, and engineering documentation. You will work alongside senior engineers on infrastructure and operational projects.
