Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, organised, and reliable Course Coordinator (Teacher Assistant) to support our training department in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs. The successful candidate will work closely with trainers to help prepare training materials, coordinate virtual training sessions, support students during sessions, maintain training records, and assist with the smooth daily operation of training activities.

This role is well suited to someone who has strong communication skills, good computer literacy, an interest or background in education and training, and the ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support during virtual training sessions and training events.
- Assist trainers with organising, preparing, and setting up training sessions.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials under trainer supervision.
- Support students by responding to questions and assisting them during training sessions.
- Maintain and update training records, databases, and related documents accurately.
- Assist in the development of training content, learning resources, and educational materials.
- Perform administrative tasks related to training operations and coordination.
- Help ensure training sessions run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, organised, and supportive learning environment.


Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, trainers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in education, training, learning support, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good research skills to support the preparation and development of training materials.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable.
- Willingness to learn and support trainers and students as required.

Requirements

Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders; Experience in Education and Training for developing and delivering training materials; Strong computer literacy and able to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams); Research skills to support educational material development; Ability to work independently and remotely; Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
